Projects and people demonstrating leadership in the green building industry in southern Ontario were recognized at the Canada Green Building Council Greater Toronto Chapter Gala on Oct. 22.
It was the sixth annual event to support the chapter’s continuing education and training programs as well as its networking events promoting sustainable building practices. The evening featured a keynote address by Toronto-Centre MPP and Ontario Environment Minister Glen Murray.
The chapter’s Innovation in LEED Awards were given out for the third time at the gala, which was held at Toronto’s Arcadian Court. Following are the winners and finalists:
